The passing away of my aunt inspired the third performance of my culinary series.
Around the smell of onion and freekeh, I will celebrate my aunt whom I was not able to
celebrate as I wanted to. I will be sharing with the audience a dish that she loved and
transmitted to me that eventually turned into a pizza.
I will tell my story with my aunt and the
memories we shared in the aroma of those ingredients.
By communicating a dish that was dear to my aunt, I pay tribute to her and to those
who have not been with us for 40 days, 40 weeks or
40 years.

إنّ فكرة العرض الثالث من سلسلة العروض التذوقية قد خطرت لي بعد مرور أربعين يوما” على وفاة عمتي.
حول رائحة البصل والفريكة سأحتفل بعمتي التي لم أستطع الاحتفال بها كما أردت وسأشارك الجمهور الطبق الذي أحبته و نقلته لي والذي تحوّل مع الوقت إلى بيزا
من خلال مشاركتي طبق عمتي المفضل مع الجمهور أتذكرها و معها جميع الأشخاص الذين لم يتواجدوا معنا منذ أربعين يومًا، أربعين أسبوعًا أو أربعين سنة
